We are looking for experienced Waiters and Waitresses to join our growing restaurant portfolio. If you are passionate about food service, guest satisfaction, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, respectful, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from arrival to departure
• Demonstrate professional behaviour at all times, including positive body language, polite communication, and a well-groomed appearance
• Actively listen to guest needs, preferences, and special requests, and respond with care and efficiency
• Maintain patience, composure, and courtesy during peak hours and high-pressure situations
• Follow service sequences, SOPs, and brand standards consistently
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and repeat orders to avoid errors
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle guest feedback or complaints calmly and escalate concerns appropriately when required
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of tables, service stations, and work areas at all times
• Show accountability for assigned sections, ensuring readiness before, during, and after service
• Work collaboratively with the team, supporting colleagues when required to ensure overall guest satisfaction
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Respect cultural sensitivities and diverse guest backgrounds while delivering service

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in F&B service (restaurant / fine dining / casual dining)
• Good communication skills; knowledge of English is required
• Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience with Indian, Arabic, or Asian cuisine restaurants will be an advantage
