Head of Human Resources

Gopakumar has over 20 years of cross-cultural experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Employee Relations. He joined SFC Group as Head, Human Resources in November 2019.

He has experience providing leadership to the HR functions across UAE with branches covering more than 2,700 employees.

Gopakumar has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of the Dubai Quality Awards Team as a Senior Assessor that focus on the implementation of European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM).
