We are hiring Crew Members for our QSR brand SFC Plus. This role requires hands-on kitchen work along with basic customer interaction. The ideal candidate is energetic, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced food service environment while maintaining high hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Behaviours:

• Prepare food items such as pizza, fried chicken, burgers, and wraps according to standard recipes and cooking procedures
• Follow food preparation timelines to ensure speed, consistency, and quality during peak service hours
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen and service areas
• Demonstrate disciplined work habits, punctuality, and respect for supervisors and team members
• Assist in counter service, order taking, packing, and guest handover when required
• Interact with customers politely and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Handle customer requests and basic concerns calmly and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed
• Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and packaging of all food items
• Support opening, closing, and shift change procedures, including cleaning and stock checks
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service
• Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods, and demonstrate willingness to learn

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QSR or fast-food operations preferred
• Experience in kitchen operations and basic customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with standing duties
• Basic English communication skills required
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage
