Tarun has over 25 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry with great skills in the culinary arts – Classical, fusion and modernist cuisine. He holds a 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, B Com, PGDBM & PG Diploma in Cyber Laws. He joined SFC Group as Corporate Executive Chef in October 2019.
He is also an expert in Kitchen management, staff training, standardization, menu design, budgeting and cost reduction.
Prior to joining us he was the founder director of a hospitality consulting firm, and had a long stint with one of the finest luxury hotel chains in India.
